China is becoming the world plant. The new round of industry restructuring brought about by economic globalization provides an opportunity for China to become a strong player in the manufacturing sector. The extensive application of information technology shortens the industrialization process dramatically. In China, under the guidance of the strategy of propelling industrialization with IT application, the manufacturing sector, which takes up more than 80% in the traditional industries, starts to undertake the important mission of revamping traditional industries.
